WHAT YOU GET:
One beautifully designed candle and tin with a wick. We choose each ingredient and packaging material carefully in order to ensure a quality product you will love.
INGREDIENTS:
- A blend of soywax (more than 50%) and paraffin wax
PRODUCT NOTES:
- 3.8+ ounces of scented wax.
-WARNING Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Avoid drafts and excessive vibrations. Container may become hot while burning candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4". Burn candle for at least 2 hours each burn. Keep candle free from any foreign matter matches, wick trimmings, etc. Place on a protected, fire resistant surface. Do not place lid on container while burning. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains in candle container.
-Do NOT add water, Do NOT melt on stove top or in non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials.

How To Use

Allow candle and tin to cool before attempting to pick up and move as it maybe warm to the touch.
Shipping
We are not responsible for any damage done to our soaps during shipping. We do our best to ensure that each item is safely secured pre-shipping. After it leaves here, we are relying on the USPS to take care of it from here to your door.
All items are neatly and securely packaged in a box with confetti paper. We also include a thank you card, monthly sticker, and a sample if we have them.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@goatchacovered.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item that has been opened/used and is not considered damaged or defective may not be returned/exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
