Our lotions are made to order. We typically have these done within the same business day as ordered and will ship the following day. Simply enter the scent you'd like and if you want it in Essential Oil (Eo) or Fragrance Oil (Fo)
Our lotion is light and has a non-greasy feel to it that absorbs quickly into the skin. It’s actually an emulsion blend of water and oils both, making it great for those with not so dry skin. Reach for the lotion when you need some lightweight moisture. This is especially ideal for the face and hands of those who have a not so dry skin texture. Lotion is more hydrating and non-sticky. The water content in lotion is higher, which spreads more and carries less fatty matter. Lotions can be used both during day and night. They are non-comedogenic and do not clog pores.

What you get
Our specialty crafted Goat Milk lotion is great for body, hand or facial use. It goes on smooth and leaves your skin feeling soft, silky, and hydrated.
Made from the best natural ingredients with skin-nourishing goat milk we recommend using it every day. A little goes a long way. Each bottle comes in either 2, 4, or 8 ounces and is fully recyclable.
If you're looking for a deeper hydration we recommend our goat milk body butter or lotion bars as it clings to the skin and creates a moisture barrier, but you can also use the lotion with our body butter if you choose to.

Ingredients
Distilled Water, Sunflower Oil, Soya Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Emulsifying Wax, Palmitic Acid, Tocopherol, Potassium Sorbate, Meadowfoam Oil, Jojoba Oil, Goat’s Milk, Aloe Vera, Vitamin C, Citric Acid, Germall Plus, Fragrance Oil(s).
How To Use
Shake first. Open the bottle by pressing on the lid where it indicates to do so. Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze desired amount into your hands or area desired and rub in as needed. A little bit goes a long way. Can be used daily on the face and body.
Shipping
We are not responsible for any damage done to our soaps during shipping. We do our best to ensure that each item is safely secured pre-shipping. After it leaves here, we are relying on the USPS to take care of it from here to your door.
All items are neatly and securely packaged in a box with confetti paper. We also include a thank you card, monthly sticker, and a sample if we have them.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@goatchacovered.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item that has been opened/used and is not considered damaged or defective may not be returned/exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
