Our Body Sprays are scented with fragrance and/or essential oils made from the best quality ingredients. A little goes a long way.  Whether you buy our body spray in the 2, 4, or 8oz bottle, each bottle is fully recyclable.

    Ingredients

    Aqua, Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Betaine, Xantham Gum, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Fragrance Oil(s).
    How To Use

    Gently shake the bottle first to mix up spray before spraying as it can settle after sitting for a period of time. Aim at the area you want to spray. Apply pressure to pump and push down and release. Spray as many times as desired. Most recommend one to two sprays per area. 

    Shipping

    We are not responsible for any damage done to our products during shipping. We do our best to ensure that each item is safely secured pre-shipping. After it leaves here, we are relying on the USPS to take care of it from here to your door.

    All items are neatly and securely packaged in a box with confetti paper. We also include a thank you card, monthly sticker, and a sample if we have them.
    Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@goatchacovered.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Any item that has been opened/used and is not considered damaged or defective may not be returned/exchanged.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
