Each Goat'cha Bath and Body Butter Bomb is hand crafted with We choose each ingredient and packaging material carefully in order to ensure a quality Goat’cha Bath and Body Product you will love. The bath bomb is wrapped in biodegradable film and clearly labeled.

Because this is a handmade product, weights, design, and color may vary from butter bomb to butter bomb. But we always ensure at least 3.5 ounces of hand crafted bomb.

Each ingredient and its packaging materials are carefully hand-selected and ordered to ensure a quality product you will love. Each product is handmade with love at our Goat'cha Bath and Body Shop in Dover, Pennsylvania. U.S.A. Baking Soda, Citric acid, Epsom salt, Shea butter, Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Butter, Jojoba oil, coconut oil, SLSA, Cream of Tar Tar, Powdered Oats, Goat milk powder, Kaolin Clay, Fragrance oil(s), Polysorbate 80, & Skin safe colorants.

May also contain:

Glitter, Sprinkles, charm.

Plant or natural based materials such as aloe, coffee grinds, herbs, flowers, charcoal, clays, salts, or alike.

Remove packaging, fill tub, toss in, watch, & allow the bath bomb to fully dissolve in your bath water without holding it. Holding the bomb while dissolving may cause temporary staining of the fingers.

Goat'cha Bath and Body Butter Bombs will not stain tubs. The colors we use are water dissolvent. They can however attach themselves to dirt, soap scum, or residue. Soap scum will form while using most commercial bought soaps and/or shampoos/conditioners.

We suggest cleaning your tub prior to use.  Baking soda and bleach will easily remove and clean your tub, including the stained soap scum.

We are not responsible for any damage done to our soaps during shipping. We do our best to ensure that each item is safely secured pre-shipping. After it leaves here, we are relying on the USPS to take care of it from here to your door.

All items are neatly and securely packaged in a box with confetti paper. We also include a thank you card, monthly sticker, and a sample if we have them.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@goatchacovered.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item that has been opened/used and is not considered damaged or defective may not be returned/exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
